Going through Albuquerque on a Saturday afternoon and truck went into low power mode. Irvin’s figured out the problem and had us back on the road that evening! Great work guys!!!
Irvin is awesome, he's upfront and honest. He helped me with my new DPF installation as well as a CP4 disaster kit. I'll be the first to say I'm not the most mechanically inclined, but irvin had no issues answering all my questions and making sure I understood. If I didnt live across the country, I would use him as my regular mechanic without a doubt. 2015 F350 6.7L V8 turbo diesel.
top notch service, especially being able to work on our F250 diesel at the last minute on a Saturday. We were driving through on the way to Cali, none of the Ford dealerships or other shops could help till Monday. The technician I think was Irvin, he was young, knowledgeable, and didn’t stop working till he got it figured out. Turned out to be a mass airflow sensor causing the Def light stay come on. He solved the problem for a fair price, pretty sure cheaper than the Ford dealerships. Definitely recommend for diesel pickups... read more
