I bought my 2023 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro from this location back in March of 2025. I came down to Irving from Colorado Springs to buy this bike, site unseen except for the pics online. It was as advertised on looking at it in Irving but when I got back to the Springs, my local dealer found a broken engine mount at the crash bar mounting location. After working with the new management, that has taken over recently, they agreed to pay to have it fixed at my local dealer. Thanks Jordan for all of your help!!
Kelly in service at Irving location helped me troubleshoot a problem at no charge for a product I didn’t even buy from their store. Great guys at this dealership and will be back for bike sales and service in the future
This motorcycle shop is legit! They went out of their way to make a deal for me that I couldn't pass up (I drove 14hrs round trip to get my bike - it was worth it!!! THANKS JORDAN!!!!!!!!!). Their inventory is excellent and I was very surprised by their sales reps' range of knowledge about every bike I was interested in. But what sealed the deal was their sales rep Alex took me on a 15 minute test drive to let me really get the feel of the bike before I bought it (he led on his bike and I followed).
