Made reservations to ride the duck with grandchildren traveling from Virginia. When I booked 2 weeks prior, it stated no refunds, rain or shine! Arrived to find them closed! When I booked it looked like they were almost Sold Out! Has anyone else had the same experience?
Breona provided an exceptional experience for my family during our water outing. From checking us in to ensuring we had life jackets and signing waivers, she made the process seamless. Her attentiveness allowed my kids to enjoy their adventure in separate ducks while I relaxed in another. Despite the heat, Breona thoughtfully provided umbrellas and water to keep us cool. Wish they had given better instructions on how to handle the boat when the wind was blowing hard It was a little scary when you can't turn the boat and you are stuck in the middle of the lake
Went here for my birthday and had a blast. The process was quick and easy and there was no wait in line. The scenery was beautiful and it was a great day to be out. They were really nice and I didn't have any problems at all. Will definitely be returning.
