Breona provided an exceptional experience for my family during our water outing. From checking us in to ensuring we had life jackets and signing waivers, she made the process seamless. Wish they had given better instructions on how to handle the boat when the wind was blowing hard It was a little scary when you can't turn the boat and you are stuck in the middle of the lake
Went here for my birthday and had a blast. The process was quick and easy and there was no wait in line. The scenery was beautiful and it was a great day to be out. They were really nice and I didn't have any problems at all. Will definitely be returning.
When we arrived there was no one there to greet us. When we figured it out ourselves where to check in, the lady had been sitting at a table the whole time and never looked at us and definitely did not greet us. She never looked at my id or the card I used for booking. She handed us random life jackets that were definitely too small and said we didn't need to wear them they just had to be in the duck with us. That whole check in process was the first ugh moment.
