This review is mainly regarding the U-Haul rental experience. We had a reservation for a 6x12 cargo trailer. Upon check in, the trailer I was assigned had a tail light that was out. So the employee modified the reservation for another 6x12 trailer that was available. No problem, until.. When trying to connect the new trailer to my hitch with a 2 inch ball, the coupler on the new trailer was actually a 1 7/8 inch coupler, so it didn't fit on the ball of my hitch. I’ve had a unit with them for over four years. The first time, this past November. A storm waterlogged several of my things and I had to throw them out from blackmold. Moved to another unit the same day in the same building and was then hospitalized. In and out of the hospital for months. This past friday in my unit I moved into in November. I was Robbed. I had my rental for Mobil pick up come to pick up rental and they forgot to put key for pickup this is unacceptable customer have rental scheduled and expect to find key moving is already not fun and finding no key to do moving is frustrating
