I had my rental for Mobil pick up come to pick up rental and they forgot to put key for pickup this is unacceptable customer have rental scheduled and expect to find key moving is already not fun and finding no key to do moving is frustrating
Manager is very rude and unprofessional. I heard her disrespect someone because they asked about a military discount. The process is not easy trying to rent a U-Haul truck or van from there. She should not be a manager
