Don’t store your stuff here. They will charge you late fees at different times each month, and put a red lock on your unit even when it’s paid. I’m sitting here with stuff unloaded and cannot access my unit even though it’s paid for. It’s ridiculous. There’s no customer service. Choose another storage place.
I returned a U-Haul over night and left my wallet inside. The next morning I had a Flight, I showed up right at opening and Jessica was so helpful!! I was able to get my wallet and make my fight. Thanks Jessica, amazing customer service!!!!
Horrible experience.. We loaded the whole truck and it wouldn't start. Will not be using them again. They could at least reduce the price for the inconvenience of our time that was lost.
