Peabody Properties, the building management company refuses to make repairs unless it’s an emergency. Front door button has been broken for over 2 months, making it harder for the elderly or disable tenants to enter or exit the building. Trash piles up, no personnel in the office for the last 4 months to answer issues that tenants may have. But they keep collecting rent!!
