I made an appointment several days in advance to donate platelets. I have a rare blood type, and platelets are always in great demand. I arrived for my appointment and checked in, but their system kept calling up someone else’s information in another state. They kept asking if I was sure I wasn’t an older lady in Tennessee, who has donated in the past. Yes, I’m sure. They couldn’t correct it, and didn’t seem to know how. I’ve been coming to this location as it’s very clean and staff are nice. Hiba took care of me yesterday and she was awesome.
