Why is this over the Starbucks lmao
I called them 11:00pm and they told me wait for two hours, after two hours arround 1am I called them and again asked me to wait, arround 2am I called them not answering and they called me 8am in morning, I already made down payment $145 when I order service so I asked them to return my money they said no, I have every evidence, the time they called me, they completely irresponsible, disrespectful and scam
Had a power steering pump leak. TA put the gasket in wrong. The mechanic, Stephen, got the part and was at our truck in about an hour. Finished repairs in about an our also. Under $500 too. 100% will use them next time I need a quick fix. Megan was also very polite and helpful on the phone. Thanks again.
Do not waste your money once you give them your card number they will charge even if the job isn’t completed mobile mechanic will drive around just to get a hire payment I’ve been in the trucking industry 5 years this the worse place by far I’ve ever dealt with there are plenty of other places to go I would not risk it with these guys they do not care about your business I authorized 1 payment then the fraudulently charged a extreme amount on the second payment without the work being complete or any effort period
I hate to be the first to leave a one star called in for a mobile mechanic to work on my breaks the lady charged me 140 saying that the cost to bring him out what she failed to tell me is that I was paying 150 immediately from that point it is 150 a hour for even if the guy does completely nothing I got charged 1000 for this guy to take a part off drive around look for the part and come back tell me he couldn’t find it and put the old part back on my truck is in worse condition than before then say hey we can do it all again... read more
