I really Don't understand why this mall is struggling to survive . I just recently moved to Irving from Louisiana 1 year ago. This mall is in a great location off the interstate . They have a lot of people in this area. This location has so much potential that I don't understand why they can't obtain BIG stores. I guess if the area had more white people and less brown, it would be quickly built up!
