They billed Medicare Part B for my lab work and I don't have Medicare Part B.
I agree with the other poor reviews for this laboratory. I had a zero deductible insurance and still got a bill that was sent to a collection agency for $212. Avoid this place like the plague.
We received a collection notice from a third party that we had an outstanding payment to Irving Labs. We have had no notification a bill was due, no phone call, nothing. I'm happy to pay what we owe, but we need to know we owe them money in order to pay them! Terrible service, I would avoid this lab, not the kind of customer service I expect.
Irving Laboratories contracts out to an incompetent billing service , although their office staff says they switched billing services in May 2012. Here's to hoping the new service is better...
