I have been using Irving for the past 20+ years not only in VT, but in Maine also. They have always been helpful and if I had a problem they were here in a good amount of time.

Argumentative, unapologetic, deceptive billing statements, overcharging at every opportunity. Just cancelled service and I legitimately feel better.
Save yourself the stress. Do not deal with this company.
Terrible company. Use anyone else. I own rentals in the area and use most of the oil providers. I inherited Irving and they made everything impossible. Even setting up service! When the contract expires I will be switching. I'd run through the horror story, but it would be a waste of time. Just choose another company and save yourself countless headaches.
