This company is no better than Fred Fuller Oil that took their customers money and then didn't deliver oil. Irving has my money and hasn't delivered any oil in over 6 weeks and I'm on automatic delivery! Seriously Irving if you think your customers can go 45+ days in the dead of winter without an oil delivery then you should not be allowed to operate. I will be finding a new Company for next season and I will not be recommending YOU to anyone!

Irving SUCKS!! They have left me high and dry so many time I have lost track. Then you get the Irving attitude on the phone. If I can just get through the winter!
The long cold snap paired with Christmas break resulted in us burning through our propane very quickly. I am very thankful for the delivery at 10 tonight and to the driver that helped me relight the pilot. He still had a few more stops before he was done!
