I am truely impressed and elated about the care and treatment I receive from Ms. Enniah Ndawana. She is so genuine and thoughtful. I feel so at ease and comfortable discussing my issues and any related problems with her. She is never in a rush when she exams me nor does she ever appear to be unconcerned about my general disposition. I always feel like i'm walking on air when I conclude my visit. In 2018 I received an annual physical at this clinic, and felt that it was not as thorough as I expected. At my next visit, a few months later, I outlined my concern (I read from notes - so I know I was calm and polite, and besides, who would intentionally annoy their doctor?). I got scammed and harassed today at this clinic to pay for an appointment fee. I called to request a referral and was told I needed an appointment and that it would be covered by my insurance(they had my insurance on file for 1 year). Later, I found out I didn’t need a referral and tried to cancel, but was told I’d be charged a same-day cancellation fee.
