Inconsiderate, overwork, underpay, rude, disrespectful managers. You're treated like a child, they tell you who you Can talk to and who you can't talk to. You're never allowed to talk to the "client" mainly. RIDICULOUS! Too much drama, to much funny business and if you stand up for yourself you become a threat to them, they will do anything to get you to quit.
Wish I could give no stars. I recently got hired as a shuttle bus driver mind you I’ve never drove a transit bus. I’ve only operated a school bus for a few months. On my first day of training, we did behind the wheel training with very little training from our trainer Ron. I hit a few curbs and they decided not to hire me which I felt was very unprofessional because if we have one week of training, why not train me on the vehicle and get me familiar on learning how to drive a vehicle I’ve never operated before?
