From being on hold for ages and waiting ages on a call back to actually being inside the place and seeing that they just stand around whispering and gossip after every phone call and interaction, no attempt at actual work Totally unprofessional.
I have to say the practice is brilliant I have had to go in a few times and the staff have always went out of there way to help. And Dr Carron is a fantastic doctor always has time for you she has seen me even when she was fully booked just to check I was OK thankyou
I’d advise to register somewhere else. One might get a better service for you and your family in any local vetinary surgery. 30 years NHS service and the Towns surgery isn’t just the worst I’ve experienced but probably the worst I have ever heard of and that’s saying something. The staff are stressed but no excuse to be angry automatically. Takes an age to get a call back eventually only to have a staff argue with me that I’m not actually me.
