Dr. Irvine is nice and may be a good doctor, but his office policies are not in the best interest of patient health. Their policy on prescription pre-authorization for insurance companies is that they will not complete a pre-auth under any circumstance. As if that wasn't bad enough, the office does not call to let you know they received a pre-auth request and will not be completing it.
