Dr. Sharon gives you her undivided attention and takes the time to talk everything over in Depth. She never rushes you out. She knows her Stuff !!!My appointments have always been about an hour from waiting for about 10-20 mins to end of Doctors consultation and exam. Every one has their opinion but I have seen her for about 2 years and never had a bad Experience.

Went here for nine years and was a very compliant patient. I can not get a call back on several questions I have. The office procedures have been extremely difficult to navigate and currently unnavigable.

For the most part I appreciate the time Dr. Irvine spends with me. She will get on her computer and read updates to you of tests & labs. She is also experienced in compound hormonal creams to supplement depleting hormones

Ive never seen doctor Irvine only PAs which i like but i will never go back there due to the rude and unprofessional front desk girl !!

The office manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The office made an appointment for me I never received confirmation on nor did I confirmed it. They demanded payment at my next appointment. I tried to explain it was their error, the manager was so rude, demanded I pay and let me know she could care less if I ever came back. Not responsive to your requests. I am still waiting for a reply from a request I had January 4. It is now end of March with no resolution. I even provided my previous specialists medical records but it was a waste of time since no one bothered to review it. Even after taking the time to fill out “updated” info at the Beginning of the year. My old emergency contact I was actually contacted and not my current one.

She has always listened to me and answered all my questions. Her staff has always been friendly and professional. I have moved out of the area and am currently looking for a new doctor and I’m finding it’s hard to fill her shoes. Currently I’m driving 3+ hours to see her. So sad to leave. I have been a patient for several years now.

Dr. Sharon Irvine was so thorough and patient with me and sat and went through all of my questions. She's very kind and gentle and didn't talk "down" to me when I questioned all of my options. She seems to believes in the total wellness of my health and not just one aspect of it. Very glad I found her! I've been twice and have an appointment in another five weeks.

I have been going here for several years and enjoyed the staff and doctor. It seems like over the last year it just keeps going down hill. The staff keeps checking from week to week. The doctor seems like she isn't listening, probably from stress. The new manager is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. The manager is loud and rude and seems like she has no clue what she is doing. She just yells out your business into the waiting room. It is a mess there.
