As bad as it gets They do very sloppy work. My Saab 9-3 was returned to me with a sizable dent to the rear bumper and a broken gas gauge. When we asked Ken to take care of these problems he shoved us to the back burner and treated us with disrespect and an awful attitude. I don't know what kind of business he is trying to run but it is very unprofessional. We paid $4,000 for sloppy work and then Ken acted like the problems he caused were not important enough to fix.
