We've been very happy with the photos taken of our little athletes over the years (swim team and T-ball). They got our shy toddler to smile better than he did in his school pic so we ordered those instead of the school ones. We also had a special package request recently and they were extremely accommodating. When there was a secondary mix-up with that special order, they corrected it promptly! Very happy with the level of customer service received.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. When reviewing my son’s school photos, the phrase “I’m just here to get paid” unfortunately comes to mind. The quality of the images suggests a lack of care, attention to detail, and overall pride in the work. If the direction for the photos was provided by the school, I understand there may be limitations. However, at the end of the day, it is still your company’s work being delivered to families. They came to Hannah Moore for my son’s basketball team, the staff that took my son’s picture was the worst. She was very rude. She acted like she didn't want to be there and his pictures turned out a mess even after I expressed to her that his pants were lopsided. do it over. Totally upset with how they turned out. Won't be purchasing from them.

This is the second year in a row that the school photos IS have taken of my son are unusable— last year, mid sneeze, eyes half closed etc, this year pure grimace. I do appreciate that their staff got back to me about these concerns, though they confirmed that staff photographers see each photo of a child in real-time and take shots until they are satisfied with their work (meaning: they are aware of how bad they are).
