If I had an option to leave 0 stars I would. We dropped our utv off April 3rd 2021. We were aware the dealer was behind and wouldn’t be able to begin working on the problem our utv has until May. We also stayed in touch with Honda corporate who informed us that Irv Thomas Honda did not reach out to them until June to figure out what they needed to do. Then in September when they went to “work on our Honda” the fuel pump was out from sitting for so long. So it was finally replaced October 11th. And they were supposed to begin... read more
I had a wonderful experience. I was treated like a person and not a check. I had an issue with a bike I purchased about a bolt coming loose but I know this is a common thing. These guys drove across town immediately to pick myself and the bike up. Dropped me at home and fixed the bike free of charge that same day. You really can't ask for better customer service. There are some really bikes to choose from as well.
Got my bike inspected. Always great friendly service. Love this place.
