Years and Years I've purchased 4 bikes from Seaver, and in that same time frame bikes from other locations (so you cannot say I'm sigularly loyal). Experience with Seaver goes back about 27 years. The service staff is first rate, parts department will work with you and even help with hard installs (helmet comm systems). I highly recommend them as one of the best BMW dealerships on the left coast. A large part of the staff has been there 20 years or more and that says something about loyalty, family and cooperation.

Excellent service We are travelling through the States from Canada and were thinking of buying a GPS on our way for the rest of our trip. We were counselled by Dave Townsend and cannot say enough good things about his customer service skills. We are sorry we did not buy anything at that store in the end, but would have left comfortable trusting our 2 GS with Dave and the rest of the staff.

My side pannier opened about 50 miles into my 61 mile rush hour commute I make each way and I found out when I turned the bike and heard the scraping. Thank God I did not have anything in the pannier at the time. I drove over to IRV Seaver and shared my story with Jeff Ottinger who told me that it looked like the rope and metal piece got caught in the pannier which is why it opened after extended driving over the rumble strips on the way home.
