Most of the good staff leave due to how horrible the parent company is. The staff that are left are often overworked and under supported by upper management. Their company's policy is harm reduction, but their approach to harm reduction consists of ignore it unless the client needs EMS. You will likely see and be directly exposed to drinking and drug use while there. I highly recommend steering clear of all Spring Path facilities. Two stars only because of the sheer effort a handful of staff put in trying to help clients.
