Still trying to file taxes from last year. No one is able to help. They said wait four weeks after filing, then they said to wait another six weeks. It's been half a year and now they say to wait another 12 weeks. In 12 weeks it will be time to file taxes again. What's the point of us paying taxes in advance if yall are not filing it? Who do we go to if IRS is not able to help us file our taxes?

Genuinely hell on earth
IRS agent was SUPER but security guard was most unprofessional person I’ve come in contact with in ages. It began with multiple argumentative comments re: my clothing (was wearing a long sleeved linen dress?!?), then questioned my shoes and my entire reason for even arriving at office- was utterly combative the entire time. The majority of the barbs had zero to do w my visit and appeared more personal in nature.
