The security guards here have nasty attitudes. Hard to tell if they're just doing their job or over doing it.
Had appointment made drove 45 minutes to get here only to have the door locked in my face and the security guard pointed at the sign saying they were closed today when I made the appointment last night. They refused to help at all told me it was no big deal I could come back another day. I had to take off work to come to this appointment
The staff are extremely professional and helpful. I was able, in less than 30 mins., to complete my issue. I had tried on line and over the phone, to no avail. I rate the experience a “10”!
