This place is a joke why say you open online then I show up twice first time had a note on the door saying they will be closed today understand that then I show up the next day and nobody even there what a joke why do we even have this building waste of space
Called to make an in-person appointment at this location in La Vale, MD. And, of course, our tax dollars are being wasted again by not having this office take any calls, or have in-person visits. You have to go to Martinsburg, WV. ???? Are our tax dollars paying salaries for any employees at this office who looks, to me, be on vacation until next year?
It is not operating so when ppl assume they can go to this office, it is misleading.
