Patient, efficient, and kind. I had to provide documentation of my wife's death. They helped me handle it.
This place is ABSOLUTELY terrible! Hate to pull the race card but they are racist as well. We just waited for an hour ("us" being my wife and i, yes, we are white) as other black ppl kept walking in they were they were then picked before us. They ABSOLUTELY refused to see us. We had no other choice but to leave. The lady upfront also cussed at my wife while discussing paper work. I wish I had gotten in on camera so I could file a lawsuit. 3rd time I've been here over the years. The staff is very professional and kind. They are also knowledgeable and each time I leave everything I needed done has been taken care of along with copies provided for me and my wife's records. Thank you all so much.
