I'm a PM for a general contractor. IRS is one of the most unprofessional subcontractors I've ever hired. Labor and foreman on site do satisfactory job but office and management are unresponsive and unable to provide basic documents when requested. If you're dealing with job that needs professional abatement, I DO NOT RECOMEND this company.
