Most unprofessional government organisation that I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. We found out years later that there was an issue with my wife’s taxes. After calling them we find out they were filing our taxes under the wrong year. This eventually got corrected (somewhat) after a few month process. You are horrible ! Tax advocate had already sent you all my information because you all had mislead me to file a form I didn’t need too! Now I’m having. To wait for mail !! When I also had my address changed due to a hardship ! Really ! Get your act together !
This was horrible ! I had got my 2023 taxes rejected . But let me tell you first that THE HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY I’m sure knew my social had been compromised! Because I had issues years then months prior to filing my taxes . Anyways H&R Block’s employees o do was in my account they sent any wrong doing ! Then I filed for an IP PIN for myself and my spouse ! I reported identity theft to all major credit agencies as listed .
