It is impossible to get through the computerized operator to explain what you need so you can be directed to the right place. If you need anything other than the two or three things that the auto-reply is set up to connect you to, it is impossible to get help. Furthermore, I received a letter from this location and a mailed response was needed. There was a person's name, but no phone number. And the address was just "IRS, Ogden, Utah and a zip.
