Amazing got right through the gal was very nice explaining everything I needed to do . total on phone time 15 min was hardly on hold a minute
Getting answers to your questions is a joke! The automated system tells you this call is recorded and says not to give out any personal information. Depending on your questions, it will then ask for your social security number. Really?!!! After you repeat what you need a few times, the system tells you we are having an issue. No, WE are not having an issue....Just put me through to an Agent!!
