Can't even get a hold of anyone. The system just hangs up on you. Absolutely terrible.
Absolutely the worst automated system. You literally cant get a HUMAN. My money should be just as important to you as it is me.
I know, who leaves reviews for the IRS. Well, I am today. I am very thankful that they have programs to help individuals pay off their taxes with a simple process available online. Set up your account, log-in, see what amount you owe, make a payment plan if you are allowed, pick the date you would like to make the payment, and they will tell you what that monthly rate will be and when to start. Best to do this online as you need to make that payment at least 10 days in advance if you are going to Mail it. Thank you for worki... read more
