They try to phish your Gmail password to hack you
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. The tech does not show up during the provided window. When I asked how to pay him, he responds, “I have no clue, you’ll have to contact the office.” After receiving an emailed invoice, I mailed a check that “never arrived.” After weeks of trying to get in contact with them via calls and emails, I resubmitted payment online. You are very prompt at invoicing! You are not prompt at all when it comes to updating the customer. My appointment was yesterday between 7 and 11 AM. The technician came at 12:45. I called and left a message which went unanswered. No return call. Please respect the customer’s schedule. You are very unprofessional. You did the same thing last year. See ya!
