Great marketers… if their product worked half as well as their claims it would be good, but instead I paid $4k for extra sprinkler maintenance every year. Will be replacing my 3rd head in 3 years due to product failure. Really wishing I just went with a traditional system at this point.
Driving me insane. I have a perfect square lawn and I have to CONSTANTLY adjust the shape. Everyday the sprinkler wants to shoot different distances with NO WIND. Thought it was awesome but it is not impressing me at all.
We were early adopters of Irrigreen and have felt a few bumps as some of the kinks get worked out, but this is to be expected. What stands out is not only an exceptional product (this IS the future of irrigation - makes so much sense), but exceptional service. Everyone we have ever interacted with from Irrigreen has been exceptionally helpful, articulate, friendly, and prompt. (Shoutout to our Account Manager, Kelly A.!!!) Long story, with a happy ending. In short: Make sure to flush the lines thoroughly for the full 3 minutes before installing a head. Install the control box correctly. The Control Box 3 is far superior to Control Box 2. And lastly, customer support was absolutely top-tier. This was my first time installing a sprinkler system, and I chose Irrigreen because of my irregularly shaped yard and grass area.
