Irrigreen is like a “bright and shiny object” — you want to trust and believe it can work, but its new technology is still effectively in beta mode. Insufficient field support has left us dealing with a frustrating situation for nearly two years now. I should mention, we’re a professional landscaping company too. I purchased a system based on their great pre-sale communication. Unfortunately, the system will not work in my yard based on the controller cables need to run all the way to the controller. I've tried to contact Irrigreen to start the return process via e-mail and phone. They have been unresponsive for two + weeks, which is extremely concerning, especially after their great pre-sale proactiveness. Irrigreen is fantastic! Straight forward installation and instructions were very clear. I had I issue with a controller and their customer support was very quick to respond to help troubleshoot and come to a solution. I’m so glad I can water my yard with a push of a button and no more moving around hoses and adjusting sprinklers, such a game changer!
