I purchased this system with the understanding that I could use their designated installer for my area to install. Well I Have called several times and left messages and still no response. I’ve called local installers and none are willing to install. I can’t get anyone on the phone who can recommend me a someone that can come out to install. Meanwhile I have a very expensive system sitting in a box with no help to install as well as burned grass from the high temperature because I can’t get the entire yard watered properly.
The idea seemed great. We were really excited about the water efficiency and smart equipment. We got Irrigreen last summer and since the beginning it’s been only troubles. However, the company has an exceptional customer service. We got like 4 different head replacements but none of them fixed the problem. Now the controls don’t work. Also, depending on where you live it might be quite challenging to find a contractor who knows the equipment and has experience. So far, I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service team at Irrigreen. I love the concept of the smart irrigation system with 1 head per zone that customizes the flow of water to fit the area. We've had challenges along the way during use with the heads or the tubing connecting it. However, the customer service team stands by their product, and I'm thankful for their dedication and customer service. It's because of their customer service that I continue to recommend the Irrigreen system.
An update...April 2025...8 months later I am told I STILL have to wait for new heads. Please dont buy this product yet. Give it a few years so you dont waste your money for this less than ready solution, like I did. Nice people...but come on...been waiting 8 months and now Im told to wait indefinitely...while my yard suffers. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Update 3. Do far 2 of the 4"smart" heads have had large leaks. The entire hose connecting the unit came loose, underground. It's really hard to put into words how disappointing this product is. Under no circumstance can I recommend their product.... Update 2. This update is really more advice and in reference to the customer service. Do yourself a favor a buy a flow meter on Amazon.
