Intelligent product design, but the company lacks the infrastructure and commitment to provide consistent national installation and technical support. Too much of that burden appears to be pushed onto local irrigation contractors, which reflects poor foresight and weak execution.
I had a great support experience with IrriGreen's Customer Support Technician Team. Alex M. quickly diagnosed the issue and arranged to send a replacement Controller 2 at no cost. The communication was clear and very helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!
Well first and foremost this is not a sprinkler system. This is a next generation 3D water printing system. It is so much more than a sprinkler. I purchased a system as did my neighbor from Kelly for DIY install and while it took a lot of figuring out along the way and learning things, they are both in and they work absolutely amazing! Kelly Allen was a rockstar to work with after 2 1/2 years of designing and redesigning and tweaking our system, she was happy to deal with my schedule and speed bumps in my life that Wasn’t conducive to purchasing the system She was patient and very helpful. We have yet to install our system so we will see how that goes but we’re excited. Thanks again Kelly for your patience and hard work. That’s a great employee Irrigreen!
I would give them 1 star but I’ll give them 2 for being a small business and for being somewhat responsive. We have spent thousands on this system and my husband has spent weeks installing it only to find out that the heads don’t work as advertised. Good luck getting someone out to look at your system, there are so few installers certified at least in Salt Lake City. The heads stay popped up and spray erratically. My husband has reprogrammed the heads so many times it’s a freaking joke. Half our new sod is dead so tack on a ... read more
