We purchased and installed the Irrigreen sprinkler system. Installation was pretty straight forward and easy as well as the programming of the heads. We had an issue with 1 of the sprinklers heads that was not our fault and 1 issue that was our fault. I called into Irrigreen support and in less than 5 minutes they had the parts we needed figured out and got them sent out the same day, all with no cost to us at all. The system rocks! Very cool and user friendly. The watering zones can be calibrated to your exact settings. Highly recommended!
I’ve had quite a few sprinklers that have spontaneously broken. There are lots of bugs in the app, but it’s gotten better the last few years. I had a bad cable malfunction that set my lawn back. I have holes all over my yard digging up malfunctioning equipment. It's a rite of spring now to start up Irrigreen and be on the phone with their customer support. I support what they’re doing but it’s been a bit rocky.
This company should be bankrupt. The product is horrible, the service is horrible, I bought a house who had this installed and it’s nothing but a nightmare.
Intelligent product design, but the company lacks the infrastructure and commitment to provide consistent national installation and technical support. Too much of that burden appears to be pushed onto local irrigation contractors, which reflects poor foresight and weak execution.
