DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They came and turned on our irrigation system which caused our entire inside of our house to have NO WATER. When we brought this to the workers attention, he said that he did not cause this and that it must be a coincidence.... having a good understanding of the concept of cause and effect, we knew otherwise. We were call to start up her lawn sprinklers. After my service technician left and went across the street to another customer, she went over to him and told him they didn’t have any pressure in the house. He went back and there was pressure from the faucets on the outside of the house and the sprinklers. He told them they had to call a plumber because it was their water softener. She yelled at him and called me. I told her he was right but I would come from the other side of town look at it even after she a lot of nasty thin... read more
The owner, Lance starts out as such a nice guy! We went with him for our system because of his personality, price, and ultimately because he offered us a three year warranty, whereas the others were offering one year warrenties. This is were you need to be careful!! He doesn’t give you details about this three year warranty!! Evidently you MUST pay for his take down and set up services in order for this to be true.... so aren’t we paying for this warranty?!???!! I have been nothing but great to you but after you tell me my workers have to come to you home after7:00 at night because you have to pay for the damage you have done, you have no right to demand that after they worked 10 hours without lunch. I didn’t even charge you and you have the nerve to write this review. Wait till you find out what others charge for a start up and winterization. You have been taking advantage of me and it stops now.
