I left a message on IRS’s phone at 7 a.m. on Labor Day, Fred called me at 7:30 and was at my house by 8:30 - such a nice man, told me everything he thought was happening with my sprinkler leak and that they would be back to fix it - far far exceeded any expectations I had for getting help on a holiday- customer for life
