I called this business and got no answer. Called back the next day and left a message with still no answer. Called one last time a couple days later and someone picked up. The person had poor communication skills and was hard to understand but we set an appointment for Monday. He was ready to hang up, and I asked him “Don’t you need my address?” That should have been a clue he had no intention of coming. As it turned out, he was a no show no call. Johnny is fantastic. I highly recommend this company. The communication was clear and all my expectations were met. He was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a backflow test for me and sent me verification that the county had received the results. I will be using IMS again in the future.

They were so professional, he walk through each station flagged problem heads and show me how to program my system. Very humble man such a blessing doing business with him. Pricing was very affordable

Johnny and his crew did a fantastic job on my rather complex irrigation system modification. The job was completed in a timely manner and he cleaned up the area each day and at the completion of the project. I felt that I received good value for the work performed.
