I was disappointed with my experience. I scheduled service because Zone 10 on my irrigation system had very low pressure. During the visit, the technician was unable to locate the leak and told me the issue likely couldn't be diagnosed until the fall blowout and that it probably wasn't the valve. After the visit, the office recommended scheduling additional troubleshooting at $120/hour, which conflicted with what the technician had told me. Jon came to do my turn on service and it was nice to see him as he did our install at least 20 years ago. Took the time to adjust all the heads so they are hitting the yard more efficiently! We have always had great service with irrigation design. Customer service with Amanda is always first rate! Highly recommended irrigation design!

We have used Irrigation Design for many years and their service is excellent. They are honest, always show up when they say they are going to and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend using them!
