Been a customer for 3 years. Last appointment, though i understand it was late, i had everything ready,access to the controls+waters off for winterizarion. Must pick up my son from music lesson 5 min away. I was called once since no one’s home but everything was ready and accessible. As I picked the call, they hang up.
