Continuing my review above. He was yelling at me and called me a "punk" because I was younger than he was? First of all, what does my age have to do with you fixing our sprinkler system? Then, he said we must not have understood him because we are "Korean or something". Honestly, never have been so insulted and disrespected in my life by a contractor. First of all, Irri-Tech does not do estimates as in "does not come out to check what the problem is first before coming to fix it". The technician said "it's probably the controller" from our brief description. That is risky and we asked for an estimate to be done.
