Showed up in tears without an appointment after an incident. They were warm, kind and caring. They put us straight into a little waiting area. We waited to be seen between scheduled appointments (completely reasonable) we really appreciated them seeing us, listening, explaining everything and above all for their compassion. Absolutely recommend!
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly. The receptionist was great and the nurse that would be looking after our fur baby was very noligable and forthcoming with what the procedure involved (even though she advised us she was only new to the position) I was contacted during the surgery to inform me of updates which I really appreciated. The staff were so friendly and professional. They treated my little cat with loving care making her very content and chilled even when they had to collect a blood sample. The vet explained the issue very well and the treatment plan. I highly recommend this practice.
Have taken our puppy Dakota to My Vets Irrawang. All the staff were fantastastic, thorough and vey caring, compassionate about animals. The practice is welcoming with a calm atmosphere and extremely clean. They went above and beyond to ensure Dakota has a pleasant experience visiting the vet. Dakota also just finished puppy traing with My Vets. Absolutely worth it, he loved the classes, was spoilt rotten and really helped him with socialisation. Took my cavoodle Ollie for his follow-up appointment on the evening of 18 June 2026, and the team were very happy with his progress. The nurses were attentive, caring and courteous, and the vet took the time to listen to any concerns I had. I couldn't fault the staff at My Vets Irrawang. They are always friendly, welcoming and professional, and the clinic is consistently clean and well maintained.
