Get directionsNo staff present. D.Hopkins refused to work with my disabled child. Jim Devine said it was okay.
Poor service.
Front staff RUDE as can be. The person I just talked to couldn’t even take a few seconds of her time to even answer simple questions.
Poor
I am in dire need of help. I’ve been very suicidal this past week. I reached out to Iroquois mental health in desperation. They got me in in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly enough and I spoke to a lady from crisis for about 30 minutes. Upon leaving I was given paperwork to bring back for my appointment. The problem is that the only appointment that was supposedly available was not for almost a month!! Why would they make someone who is very suicidal wait for a month to get counseling? 30 minutes with them and I’m done!
