TERRIBLE. i applied for an apartment june 28th (60 dollar application fee plus 100 dollar admin fee). i was supposed to be refunded the admin fee if I did not get the place. It is now July 31 and I have yet to hear a word from them (even a simple “no” would be appreciated). i have called MANY times and dont even get to leave a voicemail, the automated system just hangs up. All of my emails have gone unanswered. At least have the respect to answer potential tenants. So disrespectful. I want my money back.
