I had been banking from this place for about 8 years and have recently transferred to a different bank.. Take my advice, if you want to bank from Iroquois Federal and you have an issue with something, call different locations, not this one. The people who work here are more rude than not, they are not professional in the way they solve issues and are terrible with communication and Conflict Resolution.
