went in to ask a question regarding services, nobody greeted me or helped me at the door, tellers were VERY rude. not pleased with the customer service. 100% do NOT recommend this bank to ANYONE!!!!!!
I have banked here for over 30 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their fraud department has caught suspicious activity on our account multiple times and stopped bank fraud in it's tracks. I highly recommend banking with Iroquois Federal in Danville!
their website and app are always down at odd hours of the night. so as a truck driver, trying to check his balance time to time, that sucks.
