Great Crew, great place, awesome workouts and overall excellent facility
Great location for soldiers and athletes, but not built for the ego-driven bodybuilder. Remember to bring your headphones to listen to good music if you get the chance to visit.
Just want to ensure I give Kudos to the trainer, Ms. Natalie. Very patient, helpful, is good people!!
