Whoever was working at the Evergreen booth representing Ironworks tonight was so rude it was inexcusable. We walked up to the booth and he was standing there texting on his phone, didn’t acknowledge us or greet us, and when we tried to ask a question about the fruit alcohol, he was SO rude. He rudely told us that all alcohol starts as a baseline when we asked what kind of alcohol one of the bottles was. We had excellent service here. The products are tasty and make great gifts. I had a problem with one of the products months after I purchased it. I sent an email and my problem was resolved quickly and fairly. I'll definitely shop here again.
