Visiting Ironwood Women's Center, on Dobson, was not a good experience. I had been having discharge, from my nipple, for over a year. The doctor was extremely dismissive. He told me that it was due to old age (I am in my early 50's). Apparently, milk ducts enlarge as one ages. He was "short" with me, as though I was an inconvenience, and told me to continue with yearly mammograms (my previous mammogram had shown nothing.) Dr. Champagne was fantastic! She is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When I went in for my breast-lump removal surgery yesterday, all of the hospital staff spoke so highly of her when they found out she would be performing the procedure. Less than 24 hours later, I have very minimal pain and almost my entire range of motion back. Could not have asked for a better experience.

This was the worst experience I have ever had:( From the front desk to assistant NP and Dr!! Nightmare and will NEVER GO BACK!! The NP talked above me he had no idea of my background talked really fast make smirks to the NP and very unprofessional! Nightmare
