Had an enjoyable tour here. Leasing lady was nice and knowledgeable. Units are new and den is an added plus. Unfortunately there is no workout room or community center and stairs are steep.
We lived here for a year. Looked amazing at first glance, but it took about a week to see all of the issues with the construction quality. Doors don’t latch, floors are cheap glued on stickers directly to the concrete slab. HVAC was clogged with construction debris, insulation. Management is HORRIBLE at following up. The service guy is actually very knowledgeable and does great work. IF he is notified about issues and feels like coming out. When I saw that the current property management had the nerve to advertise these units as "luxury" townhomes, it evoked a loud guffaw. These are shoddily built and finished. Their only star is the location is nearby to Baker and a few local businesses. Otherwise, poor quality of finishes and builds. We were in when the builder was finishing punchlist items. These are by far the cheapest builds ever trim doesn't line up HVAC is scorching hot upstairs freezing downstairs always because there is no subfloor there luxury stick on fake flooring is glued directly to concrete u can hear everything on both sides due to cardboard walls uninsulated . No view no yard a concrete slab for patio.
