These are by far the cheapest builds ever trim doesn't line up HVAC is scorching hot upstairs freezing downstairs always because there is no subfloor there luxury stick on fake flooring is glued directly to concrete u can hear everything on both sides due to cardboard walls uninsulated . Cheap Cheap Cheap building materials used are cheap. Fit and finish are off in so many places. some soft spots in floors, bedroom door doesn't latch. just wanted a quick money maker it seems.
I was really impressed with my tour. The staff is super friendly and I love how convenient it is to the restaurants across the street and even to downtown Wayzata. Baker Preserve is nextdoor which is a nice perk.
