For being in such a "Backwoods" town, this place is Top Notch! Tommy, the Owner (and Mayor of Gila Bend) will bend over backwards to help anyone. The very few negative reviews posted here are by people who obviously have issues. I've have the crew repack the bearing on two of my trailers and they are thorough and prices reasonable.
They went out of their way to tow us out of the middle of nowhere, in unusual circumstances. We were super thankful that not only did they get us to safety, but they were extremely reliable. We highly recommend these guys!
On our trip from San Diego to Illinois, a piece of the car’s underpinning/shield came loose and was flapping bad if we got above 60mph. We pulled off at the first mechanic shop we saw. They were very helpful, very nice. Got it off since it was too damaged to repin and only charged us $35. Had every opportunity to take advantage of 2 women driving cross country, but they were nice and helped ease our mind.
