The "profit sharing" is a joke. Don't buy into their "we're a family" line. There is no commitment to employees. HR will do anything and everything to ensure that any wrongdoing on the company's behalf will be swept away with no paper trail. The idle threats are intolerable. Do Not Work at plastics.
