I was brought in as a temp at Ironwood (formerly Microbia) and was really impressed by the management, the personnel and the dedication all had to doing precise, careful, mission driven work in the pharmaceutical business. I was working there for most of a year and it was both a growth phase and a great place to work. The senior management are dedicated and driven without being autocratic.
