Receptionist only available certain times, can never speak to anyone, very confusing to patients and hard to get care when needed
Dr. Singhal was to busy on his Friday afternoon and weekend off to make a call for a very sick patient. He finally called Monday, Prescribed an inhaler that he then never forwarded to the correct pharmacy. Having to call back to looking this issue, he told me I was wasting other patients time and not respecting his time for calling and bothering him. Dr. Singhal is the best
I've been with Dr. S for a few years and she's absolutely wonderful. I have NEVER had an even decent experience with the front office workers. Every single time I need to contact the office, they are rude. They have said to me that they "don't have time" for me or they're "busy with more importan things". When I go into the clinic, again they are dismissive and I feel that they do not care one but about anyone there. They have zero personable skills.
