Ironwood was synonymous with unprofessional of me. I was in urgent need of an auto glass repair. They assured me they could have it done in the time frame I needed it. Great, right? Nope! The last day of my repair window I called them because they hadn't called me with any information. They informed me (the day I needed the work done) that they couldn't do the repair! I asked Josh about a simple mirror I broke and he was so genuine making sure I was best helped. Gave me a recommendation to a local shop that will be able to do it faster and cheaper than I thought. A great business keeps truckin by steering the customers towards the right answer, even if that is elsewhere. Grade A human being.
