I had a new patient appointment today with Nichole Piekarski, and I left the office crying in their parking lot. I am 23 with arthritis in my lower back that I have been struggling with for over a year now. I told Nichole the treatments I have tried and the specialists I've already seen. I went to ironwood family practice for over 26 years. I told doctor weatherly I didn't like a nurse and her response was I don't have to be there. I stayed away for 1 year and when I went back we talked and then I received a certified letter telling me I will no longer be seen there and to find a new primary care doctor. Be careful if you see doctor weatherly she writes things in your chart that aren't true. I am glad she fired me as a patient. I never really cared for her when she first stared there. Ironwood has been our provider for years, the doctors and staff are kind, caring, and compassionate. Dr. Thompson really takes his time and listens to you, explains things thoroughly, and makes you feel heard. I can usually get an appointment within a day or two if it's anything urgent. Highly recommended.

I have always been treated with respect and caring from Dr. Emry and his staff. He has been my doctor for years. He does NOT practice ageism, listens carefully to my concerns.

Absolutely worthless! You can never get an appointment. They just tell you to go to urgent care. When you can get an appointment (usually booked out 8+ months out) the doctors don't spend any time with you. The nurses are rude, short, and have no bedside manners. The front end staff are completely rude and uncaring. This is another example of getting to big and putting money before patients health and well-being!
